Bailey is so proud of herself when she stands alone. Walking is just around the corner. She also has enjoyed her newest toy, a UT tricycle. Have a great week!

Mark's mom and dad are here visiting for a few days. It was my birthday Thursday and Mark and I went out to celebrate and watch the Vols get beat. Bailey loves playing with her grandparents. She enjoys being the center of attention. She will be walking any day now. She is so proud of herself when she stands alone! Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Bailey and Mark went to Aunt Pat and Uncle Tom's house for lunch today. My mom and grandparents came down from Johnson City. Bailey was nothing less than entertaining, so I heard. Of course, one of the perks of being a nurse is working holidays! So I spent my day at work, very busy I must add. Hope everyone had a great Easter!

Our little girl is 9 months old day! It is so hard to believe she is getting so big. As you can see, spring is officially here in Knoxville. Bailey loves to play outside! She is standing on her own. I have a feeling she will be walking very soon! She enjoyed watching the VOLS win yesterday! Hopefully they will pull off another win tomorrow! Have a great weekend!

What a beautiful day for an Easter Egg Hunt! We, along with 20 of our closest friends, gathered at the Mahoney's this afternoon to hunt Easter eggs. Our good friend Scott agreed to be the Easter Bunny again this year. The kids loved it! Bailey really enjoyed being outside around all the other kids! We are all so blessed to have healthy beautiful children!

Bailey and I took a quick trip to Johnson City on Thursday. We were able to visit with my grandparents and spent a lot of time with "Grams",Emily, and the boys. The kids were so cute together. Bailey did great in the car and was nothing but smiles the entire trip!

Bailey is really exploring her surroundings. She is crawling and cruising everywhere. According to the babysitter, Bailey is a "pacifier bully". She doesn't want them for herself, she just pulls them out of the mouths of the other kids. She is a hoot! She also taught the other kids to "patty cake". What a smart child...:)

It is hard to believe, but Knoxville got some snow flurries this morning. Bailey wasn't too impressed. I think she found it a touch too cold! Mark and I were absolutely thrilled when we woke up this morning to realize that finally after 8 months, Bailey officially slept all night. Holy Cow!!! She slept 12 hours! What a blessing!

It was a big day at the Conkin house! Bailey got tubes put in her ears this morning. She was a real trooper. The procedure was short and without complications. We are so relieved. Despite a little fussiness, she is back to her old self. We are praying this will end our series of ear problems.

Mark's parents came in for the weekend while Mark and I enjoyed a much needed night out. We helped give a couples shower for some good friends. We are so lucky to have such a close group of friends! Bailey and I also enjoyed watching Tennessee beat Kentucky this afternoon on the court! Have a great week...
